Meditation Peer Support Group

This drop-in group is a space to slow down and look into what it is to be alive. We’ll meditate together and share in open, reflective conversations—rooted in each of our lived experiences and the understanding that unfolds between us.

Each week, I may offer a question, a perspective, or a simple practice—whatever feels relevant and aligned with where the group is. We’ll spend some time in silence, then share with each other what we’re discovering in our explorations.

You’re welcome to show up as you are—no fixing, no pressure. There’s space here for honesty, not knowing, light-heartedness, and simply being human together.
